Free – Standard shipping for all orders shipped within Australia.
International shipping
If you would like to ship to another country, please change the country selector in the header menu. Different shipping rates will apply.

Returns & Exchanges
REIN has a 30-day return policy for unopened/undamaged products from the date your order is delivered. 
When returning any items being submitted must be unopened and in their original sale condition. Should you decided to return or exchange your order you will be responsible for postage fees with your chosen carrier. When submitting items for return please place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box and tape it securely. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Gifted items purchased from our website can be exchanged providing the product is unopened and you have a receipt. We do not offer refunds for gifted items.
In the unlikely event that items in your REIN order are damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact our Customer Service team via enquiries@reinmade.com to arrange your product return or exchange.
